How to go about selling AMSOIL1. You can sell to your family and friends. Objection: I don’t want to bother my family and friends. Response: Don’t you want to offer you friends and family the opportunity to save money and protect there car, trucks or equipment, like you have with AMSOIL? Objection: I don’t know how to sell. Response: You don’t have to know how to sell, you just explain how AMSOIL products have worked for you. You tell then how you reduced the time you use changing your oil. You tell them how you save money, time and give you equipment. Then you ask them if they would like the same advantages. AMSOIL sales itself, you just tell them the benefits of using AMSOIL. 2. You can sale to any company that has cars, trucks, buses or any type of equipment that uses lubrication This harder because they will have technical questions. If you don’t have the answer don’t tell then a guess or try to talk your way around them. Just tell them you do not know but you have access to AMSOIL Technical department and you will find the answer. You can ask me or you can contact AMSOIL Technical Department. 3. You can sale to any retail outlet. This also takes more knowledge and time. You have to study you customer and find out what would be the best products for them to sale. How to help them market it. How to show them that they can make money saling AMSOIL and that it will not just set on the self. you may have to go in and help promote the products in their store by going into the store on a Saturday and demonstrate the products and explain the benefits. This will not only help sales but will also show the company that you are interested in them making money from AMSOIL and this will help give you experience talking to people. I also send my personal customers to them. That will help them make more sales, sale you time and money. You won’t have to carry such a big inventory. This gives them the ability to get the products when they want them and not have to wait for you to be home or to order them in. A retail account is a win- win deal. More sales for your retail account and more profit and time foe you. 4. You can sale at trade shows, fairs, flea markets or other places that has the option of a booth to display your products. I have found out there is a lot of interest at these show but maybe not a lot of sales. You may have to follow up. I find that having a drawing for a product helps get leads. These may not be idea leads because most just want something for nothing. I was at a fair several years ago and thought it was not very successful because I only got one sale, but I got a commercial account that buys every 3 to 4 months. So it was a success. You just have to go to this type of event to have fun and enjoy sharing you knowledge and experiences. If are not confortable then get with a group to do this in the beginning. This will help cut down the cost and you will have experience to help you there.
